If you need extra tickets, please send an email to rcallaway5@gmail.com with your name, council number, the quanity needed and where to mail them

Note: We recomend seeking the assistance of your Financial Secretary to complete all FundCrazr forms and keep accurate records of this program. 

Upon opening the box, please read the letter from the State Deputy explaining the FundCrazr program for 2025. It will go over all the levels and what you can expect.

Email and Mailing Instructions: Please follow these mailing instructions for Colorado State Council FundCrazr program:

1. Please download the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet at the bottom of the page or by CLICKING HERE, complete the information for your council, save it to your computer and email it to rcallaway5@gmail.com
2. Correlate all ticket stubs in numerical order (low to high) and rubberband them using the bands supplied in the box
3. Make the check payable to "Colorado State Council" for the sum of what your council owes ($8 per ticket) (the colmn in GREEN in the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet)
4. Place "FundCrazr 2025" in the memo line of the check
5. Locate a Priority Padded Envleope in your box (the mailing label is already affixed to it)
   
6. The ticket stubs and check should be mailed to Dick Callaway at 2291 Coyote Creek Dr, Fort Lupton, CO, 80621
   1. The stubs must be in the FundCrazr Chairman's hands by October 20th, 2025
7. The check and stubs all go into the envelope
8. Bring the sealed package to the US Post Office, pay for the shipping, provide your Financial Secretary the receipt and keep the tracking number until it is received by the State Council
   1. Since all stubs and checks have to be RECEIVED no later then October 20th, 2025, please allow ample time for the post office to have it delivered BY OCTOBER 20th
9. Discard (shredding or burning) all unsold tickets
